Static Fuzz: 90’s Inspired Collection

For my capstone project I wanted to do something that was fun and vibrant since a lot of my portrait work has darker undertones. I wanted to find something that I thought was interesting and I knew. When my 90’s inspired collection came to mind I knew I had to do it. I have always had a connection with the 90’s, from its alternative fashion, to its music and movies. I love everything and anything from the 90's. Growing up my house was always filled with 90’s music, from my dad. My life has always been full of music, specifically 90’s grunge. I grew up hearing the poetic words of Nirvana, Sound Garden, Alice in the Chains, and Sonic Youth. My mom loved to share her 90’s fashion. From her 501 Levi jeans to rocking colored sunglasses. Both my parents passed down everything I know and love. 

I guess subconsciously I wanted my capstone to be connected to my parents since they are amazing parents and people. So my Static Fuzz: 90’s inspired collection is dedicated to my amazing parent for alway believing in me even when I didn't see it in myself. Thanks for pushing me to make my dreams come true!
